Our story

Creating a Staple Destination in chalfont, pa

With combined restaurant work experience of nearly 75 years, co-owners Chef Scott Borghi and Alisha Riexinger have spent well over a decade working side by side as a powerhouse team, with the last three years building Embers.

When the restaurant opportunity presented itself, the immediate idea was β€œit has to be a smokehouse.” As Embers emerged into a concept, it was a smokeHOUSE that became a home - not in just time spent crafting each beer and building every flavor. Unknowingly, Embers was building a family.

Since the day Embers opened, they have grown to love the community and build business and personal relationships with all who enter the door. Guests are people who are welcomed into their smokehouse home and treated like they have been friends for life. The sounds of conversation and children laughing with their families are motivation to meet each guest and hear their stories, often gaining the opportunity to celebrate in their milestones and help with their struggles.

We appreciate all who enter our home. We are thankful for the chance to provide our guests with a nice craft beer, a hot meal and a pleasant conversation.
